In fact this is an actual dome surveillance camera that has been modified into a dummy or fake security camera. This dome dummy camera is designed to imitate the small high tech security cameras on the market today. This unit contains a flashing red LED light which draws extra attention to the camera particularly at night. Another feature of this camera is that the flashing light can be turn off or on by simply pressing the dome. With most of our models to stop the light flashing you would need to remove the batteries. For a lower priced version without the flashing light please see item DDC. Installs quickly and easily to the ceiling or wall using the included screws. The base measures 4.5 inches across and the dome is 2.75 inches high. Requires 2 AA batteries (not included).
