Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your name, phone number and order number so that we can better assist you. The Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be written on the outside of the box or package.
Exchanges - We will be happy to exchange some our products. If you are exchanging a product due to wrong type, size or color, you will be responsible for shipping cost to have the product shipped back to you. If you prefer expedited shipping, please see shipping policies for costs.
Gps/Hidden Cameras/Electronics/Recorders/Detectors/Listening Devices/Voice Changers - All of these items are special order, therefore, are not subject to cancellations or returns, no exceptions! Most of these items can be used once to serve their purpose so this is why we cannot accept returns. We will replace or repair the product if defective or damaged during shipping and you will not be charged for shipping. All items must contain original packaging. If the product has not been shipped, you may at our discretion cancel it for a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept any Returns without a RMA number.
*If we make a mistake with your order, we will reimburse you for shipping your order back to us, using standard shipping. We will also ship your order back to you at no charge using standard shipping.
SpyWorldUsa offers free standard shipping on orders over $100.00. If you ship your order back, we will deduct the shipping cost off of you refund.
